013: Alyssa Carson, Future Mars Walker

Meet future Mars walker Alyssa Carson. 🚀 Alyssa is 19 years old and has already started her astronaut training in hopes to be one of the first (if not the first) person on Mars in the early 2030s. She is the youngest person to graduate from the Advanced Space Academy and the only person in the world to have completed every NASA space camp, plus she started her own foundation to help get young kids involved in STEM. She is incredibly passionate and intelligent while also being super cool and down to earth, and we loved having on the latest episode of The Wild and Curious Podcast. We talk about how to become an astronaut (there are many, many ways!), how she deals with being a young female in her work, her favorite space film, and more!
