Rocio, who has been involved in the culinary scene since she was young, runs some of Mexico City's most popular, well-reviewed food tours. She is a big proponent for responsible tourism and she only works with women! We talk to her about the role of women in the food scene of Mexico City, as well as responsible tourism and empowering the women she works with.
